This young Northern Mockingbird had injured its feet pretty badly, but thanks to a creative new pair of "snowshoes" from the California Wildlife Center, it's going to heal properly in no time!
The snowshoes help correct the bird's foot condition, known as "knuckling," which forces birds to tiptoe.

Tiptoeing while a bird's feet are knuckling usually only causes further injury and is quite common in young birds.

But according to the California Wildlife Center, this little bird should be back to normal in no time!
It usually takes a week or two of wearing the snowshoes before their feet are back to normal.
