Which Shadowhunter family are you from?

Like many Lightwoods, you are kind of snobbish and tend to judge people fast. But probably, like Alec and Isabelle, you'll realise later that you were wrong and fix your mistake. You are passionate and protect your loved ones over anything, although sometimes you can hurt them with your attitude when your angry or sad.
Also, you don't like to lean on others:you prefer to handle ypur problems yourself instead of burdening your loved ones with them.

You are a Herondale, a very peculiar family. Herondales are known for their pride, their sense of adventure and their ability to see what many can't: many Herondales have shown the ability to see and comunicate with ghosts (especially after getting their clairvoyance view),furthermore, this family has a sixth sense that allows them to see through people to know how they really are (kind of an instinct). They hide their real emotions behind jokes and awkward comments. Also, since Will Herondale came in contat with angel Ithuriel decades ago, all male Herondales have shown marks on their shoulders

Ah, you're a Morgemstern, one of the most controversial nephilim families... Morgenstern are passionate people, who tend to think they are always right and follow their gut no matter where it takes them. Their biggest flaw is also their main characteristic:their pride. A Morgenstern won't usually admit they're wrong, and they will use anything they can get a hold on to get things their way. The name is nowadays in shame, because of Morgensterns who thought they could see something that no one else could (a really Morgenstern thing to think). In the other hand, though, they are strong willed and usually charming, with an ability to convince anyone of anything.

The Blackthorns are another controversial family in nowadays nephilim society, due to the faerie blood running through the veins of Helen and Mark Blackthorn, which mother was a faerie. Blackthorns are a bluntly honest family, not because they're mean, but because they observe and then say what they saw with no regards. They are calm people that would do anything for the ones they love and often suprise others with their audacity when their family is involved, since they're usually so quiet.
They are a traditional family that always takes care of their own, although they might be a little dramatic at times when doing it.

Fairchilds are a complicated family. At first sight, they may look friendly, kind and maybe even weak, but when you get to know them you see an inner strenght, an ability to do what is needed even though they may not like it. They have a beautiful, romantic and sweet side that is easy to see, and another cold, strong, unbeatable part that is hidden under nice smiles and sweet words. Even Fairchilds get suprised sometimes for their own attitude.
Although their cold minds, their top priority on any matter is the protection of those they love. It may seem cliché, but a Fairchild would rather let unknown people die over killing their family or friends. They aren't natural leaders, instead they stay behind someone with that ability and give them their opinion, which almost always is wise and accurate.

Carstairs are a very rare family with only one descendant carrying the name of the family and not many protagonism in the nowadays nephilim world. They have always been tough people and earned the family's honor, and they are known for their wise souls and actions. They are the perfect mix between wisdom and violence:they can be the best advisers or the best warriors depending on the day, and can go from anger to witty remarks in 0 seconds. Sometimes they surprise people with their awkward comments, but they will always be known for their cautious minds.

Lovelace quit shadowhunting decades ago, but Simon Lewis (his mundane name) has now started using the name again. Their name means Outlaw, which fits them good: there's no one that hates being bossed on more than a Lovelace, which is mostly why they quit shadowhunting. You could try to force a Lovelace to do something, but you wont like the results.
They are stubborn, but very intelligent and loyal to their people. They can aslo hold sa grudge, for they will never forgive someone that betrayed them or that offended them.
