Passive individuals are those who sit quietly while others insult them or individuals who do not confront those who wrong them for the sole purpose of avoiding an argument. Passive people often go to great lengths to avoid any type of confrontation, even when dealing with people who are close to them. You are really keen to please others, agreeing with everything they say, and always want to be on their good side. You are selfless and think of others before yourself. Due to your quiet nature, you can be bullied by someone more dominant, and are pretty much always the victim. Speak up a bit more, and don't be so keen to please others: think about yourself sometimes!

Being assertive is being open in expressing wishes, thoughts and feelings and encouraging others to do likewise. You get your point across without hurting the feelings of others, or your own views. You can act your own responsibility and delegate relevant roles to others. you are able to admit your mistakes and apologise. Being assertive involves taking into consideration your own and other people’s rights, wishes, wants, needs and desires. Generally, people are not assertive by nature, instead they become assertive as they grow up. Keep being awesome since you have an awesome personality!

An aggressive person is more likely to speak up when his needs are not being met and does not shy away from confrontation. You have a very strong, dominating personality and others could be intimidated by you. Try to tone it down a little, and think of others as well as yourself"
