Tactile Meditator
Tactile Meditator
You are a Tactile Meditator. You would do best having some sort of physical stimuli during your meditations. For example, you might try placing your hand on your belly and feeling it rise and fall as you breathe. Or perhaps you sit or stand barefoot in the grass, and feel the cool earth on your skin. You might even consider placing a warm heating pad around your neck or on your solar plexus. Any physical stimulus you choose, this would be a great way to begin your meditation practice.

Mindful Meditator
Mindful Meditator
You are a Mindful Meditator. This means that you can greatly benefit from making your day to day activities into little meditations as you move through your day. For example, are you a chef? Turn your cooking into meditations. Are you a teacher? Really focus on being in the present moment, and mindfully teach classes and grade papers. Are you a hair stylist? Server at a restaurant? Lawyer? Janitor? Accountant? Whatever it is you do, be mindfully in the present moment as you do it, and really focus on the task at hand. This can be just as beneficial, if not more beneficial than your traditional meditation practice. Use your profession as a resource for mindfulness. You can always add other methods to your practice as well, but this is a great place for you to begin.
