Shawn Mendes never knew that anyone would pay attention to the little scar on his stomach. It was until @istanthelegends asked about it. Shawn said that he actually had his appendix removed when he was a kid, and he is now left with a scar so barely-there, he can't believe anyone has spotted it. "Good catch!" he tweeted the fan. He also had gotten stitches due to the appendicitis on his stomach! Awh!
