Your hair hasn't been cut for 6 months to a year, but you want to give it a little refresh. There are so many ways you can revive hairstyles without stepping foot in the hair salon. Here are some of the top ways you can give your hair that "just cut" look without actually cutting it.
Change Your Hair Part

If you normally wear your hair parted a certain way, you can easily change up the style by switching your part to the other side. You can choose to part your hair to the left, to the right or down the centre! You can even try a zig zagged pattern part which can give your hair a sexy layered look. Parting your hair is easiest when it's wet. Towel dry your hair, and comb through. Use the comb's corner edge to draw on the top of you head where you want your part and start at the front. Separate both sides of the hair and place to the side you prefer. Apply hairspray or setting mist, and finally brush through!
Add Some Hot Waves

If your hair is feeling a little drab, using a hot curling iron or curling wand can revive hair that doesn't know which direction it wants to go in. Separate hair into parts and apply curling wand or iron and curl. Repeat with the rest of the parts. Apply hairspray and wave-defining spray. Brush through with a paddle brush. The result should be relaxed, semi-defined waves that are more than beach-worthy!
