11 Catholic Converts Share Their Stories

As a rebellious teen Donald Calloway was living a life addicted to all kinds of drugs on the streets. He grew up in a non-Christian home, but his parents experienced a conversion to the Catholic Church while Donald was in jail. After reaching a point of desperation and loss of hope, he picked up a book from his parent's house about the Virgin Mary. It was then his dramatic conversion process began.

Leah Darrow was a contestant on the tv show "America's Next Top Model" when she realized that she wasn't living a life with meaning. It was then that she gave over a life of glamor and fashion to live for Christ. She is a revert to the Catholic faith and now speaks to others about how God has changed her.

This video clip is of Abby Johnson explaining the event that led her to leave her position as a director of Planned Parenthood and become a pro-life advocate. Raised as a Baptist, in 2013 Abby and her family made the decision to become Catholic. Abby Johnson has since founded a ministry to assist former abortion clinic workers titled "And Then There Were None" and has also written a book about her horrific experiences at Planned Parenthood.

Though he went to Catholic schools growing up, Brantley Millegan was not raised Catholic. While attending Wheaton College he began to miss the mandatory Masses he was forced to go to at Catholic school. This eventually led to his conversion.
