Hades is associated with death and afterlife. He is mysterious and spooky. To have him as your patron is a dark, dangerous path. Be careful not to trek to far into the darkness.

Athena is associated with wisdom and knowledge. She is smart and witty. To have her as you patron is fairly safe, but be careful not to anger her, for she once turned a girl into a spider for angering her.

Artemis is associated with virginity, chastity, and the moon. She is quick, agile, and cunning. For Artemis to be your patron, likely, you must be female, but rarely she will take a male under her wing.

Poseidon is associated with the sea and water. With his trident, he can create hurricanes. If Poseidon is your patron, count yourself lucky, for he's a strong god.

Apollo is associated with the sun and day. Apollo is also the god of music, archery, and poetry. He is a bright patron.

Aphrodite is associated with lust, love and beauty. She is a bit of a flaky patron but she is also incredibly strong.
