I truly believe that this is the first movie every product manager must watch. In order to build a product, you must get to know your target, and what better way to do so then be put in their shoes!

As a product manager you will not always have the best product team in your hand. You may find your technical team lacking sometimes, or your marketing team, or anyone else. However, if you’re a great leader than you can pull your team together and create some miracles.

Alright, I had to stretch this one a little bit. This is one of the best movies of all time no matter what you’re trying to learn. But then it came to me. What’s the difference between a mafia and businesses, you know besides the murder, illegality of it all, and the fact that not everyone in your office is Sicilian? As a product manager, you sometimes need to see yourself as Don Corleone, the boss that makes the impossible happen.
