You got Intelligence Officer/ Analyst/ Your observant and investigative nature makes you well suited to the role and your day to day would involve working within a team to collate intelligence in the interests of the nation's security. You have a keen eye for detail which is essential when trying to fill in the blanks. You would have to be a quick decision maker and have good judgement to assess the best move forward.

You would be best suited to the role of Foreign Language Analyst. Your knowledge of foreign language(s) is an essential skill within the MI5 that is invaluable in keeping on top of different aspects of covert operations. You have the eye to pick out cultural details which will play a huge part in this role within the MI5, because, not only do MI5 Foreign Language Analysts listen, translate and analyse information, but they also provide expert insight into a country’s culture, political landscape and history.

Your role would be as a Covert Technical Operations Specialist. Being technologically minded is an essential part of this role. Your day to day would involve constantly learning new softwares and having the skills enough to disrupt new programmes and channels being used by subjects under investigation. You will take the lead in deploying a wide range of advanced MI5 technical capability to enable intelligence collection in fast-paced and high profile investigations. You will be protecting the UK at times of extreme peril, and all through your excellent technological knowledge.

You would be best suited to being a Covert Human Intelligence Specialist, otherwise known as 'Special Agent', this role involves being constantly on the move, being able to make fast and intelligent decisions on your own as well as being discreet. As it involves a direct approach to finding out information, communication and interpersonal skills are a key part of being a Covert Human Intelligence Specialist. A career in investigations places you in a dynamic and often fast paced environment, responding to at times life-saving intelligence as threats emerge and the intelligence picture changes.

You would be best suited to the role of English Language Analyst. Your understanding of the English language makes you well suited to this role. Your day to day within MI5 requires observing trends and speech patterns within written media, audio and televisual content that can be vital in uncovering very specific information on intelligence subjects!

Unfortunately MI5 is just not for you. Perhaps it is that your talents just lie elsewhere but I'm afraid there's just no way we're placing the safety of the country in your hands!
