Ivena Smailes, or Aunty Ivy, now 105 years old, has been entertaining her caretakers and friends at the Addison Court Care Home for years, requesting something more and more ridiculous for her birthday each year.

And this year she wanted a fireman with tattoos to deliver her birthday cake, but she never expected it to actually happen!

He climbed through her third story window and into her room to deliver her birthday cake, and Aunty Ivy was over the moon!

This also fulfilled Aunty Ivy's birthday wish from last year, when she wanted the staff to climb a tree!
