You would have the crest of courage. Your friends may see you as the leader of your friend-group, even if you yourself do not think so. Maybe it's just that you're unafraid of doing things most others are afraid of doing... or maybe you're just being brave. Either way, there's something about you that stands out to others. It takes a lot to be courageous, and it's something worth recognizing. To be brave is to walk into the face of the unknown, to walk steadfast into that which you are afraid of and challenge it anyway. But do not be afraid to ask for help, or feel as if you must be the one to lead the charge every time. It takes a special kind of courage to be able to ask for help as well. A person who is always sincere will do everything earnestly, be it helping a friend, participating in extracurricular activities, or even laughing! Sometimes you can be accused of going at everything with too much effervescence, too much vibrancy-- but do not let it get to you. You have so much more to do than worry about those who have nothing for you but criticism. It's okay for you to be as animated as you are; don't cover yourself up. It would be hard either way--being as sincere as you are. Keep on chugging, do your thing, don't stop.

You have the crest of knowledge. Prodigious! You may find your friends referring to you as "the smart one" or asking you for help for classwork or work in general. They may call you for help regarding their computer, math, or some history you may know. However, knowledge isn't limited to book smarts. You may be knowledgeable about the outdoors, or tools, or something else. While knowledge is good and well to have, don't spend your entire day researching or learning. It's okay to take breaks and hang out with friends and apply your knowledge. Your friends need you, and you shouldn't neglect them. Still, you are very smart, and you should be proud of that.
