Cringe finds of the Week

Look, I like Star Wars as the next person but come on now. Pull yourself together and stop being a crybaby over a trailer. I've shed a tear or two during a film, even some really sill ones, but I've never had an emotional response to a trailer, even for something super nostalgic to me.

Any trailer reaction video that doesn't end with "that was pretty cool" as the only dialogue is automatically cringe. You're as bad as those girls who cry over BTS videos (or whoever is currently popular) because they don't know how to process or interpret their emotions. Just stop.

It's 2019, so I'm pretty sure the screamo trend is pretty well dead and buried. I thought it died when MySpace folded, but every genre has its die-hards holding on to glory days that will never come again. This usually means trying to incorporate other genres in a last stab at relevancy.

This bad is the perfect example of that. A song by screaming man-children that sounds produced on the cheap using a Fischer Price synth. It's cringe beyond cringe, and as one comment says: "They give n-word passes to just about anyone these days..."

Business can be boring a lot of the time, and this is especially so for conferences and big presentations. It's why a lot of organizations pay a lot of money for celebrities and musical acts to present or serve as a buffer between PowerPoints. I've spoken at CES so I know a thing or two about cringy presentations.

The founders of Ethereum on the other hand are on deck as the ship sinks into the cold, briny deep. Remember that these goof-balls are rapping as their team poorly dances behind them. The painful thing is that they are presenting to billionaires to invest in their Bitcoin thing. If I held stock in the company this video would get me to sell it off right quick!

Let's kick this one off by highlighting my favorite comment: "Lmfao imagine posting this video thinking it makes you look like anything but a loser." When you order at a restaurant and the waiter doesn't understand what you said they usually ask again to try and figure it out. At fancy places this is pretty common and I've said shit wrong at foreign places all the time. No harm no foul and when they repeat it correctly I learn.

This dick-head said he wanted an "entry" when he meant "entree" at the drive through. The guy taking his ordered repeated back "entree" so as to confirm what he actually wanted, you know, like it's their job to do so they don't mess up. Then the asshole drives up to berate the guy because he himself can't speak English. The comments ragging on him posting the video are comedy gold!

Dean Heslop looks like the final product after you set the scrunch-face slider to maximum when playing The Sims. This is supposed to be the music video (that's being generous) to a song her wrote about something. I don't know; I think it's about a girl or something. He kidnaps her at one point to yell about what a good guy he is or some shit.

Best part is the gir talking normally while Dean sings all his parts. It's hilarious. And if you are wondering why we only feature five cringe videos per list, it's because that's about as much as I can take before walking into the laundry room looking for the bleach.
