Bubble Tea

Ingredients

1/4 cup dried boba tapioca pearls

1 to 2 tea bags

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup sugar

Milk (optional)

Boil 2 cups of water in a saucepan. Add the boba. Stir gently until the boba starts to float.

Cook the boba for about 15 minutes and let cool.
3.

Combine sugar & hot water to create a sugar syrup.
4.

Mix the syrup and boba together after it's cooled down.
5.

Make your tea - use a tea bag from Zesta.
6.

Combine all ingredients in a tall glass.
7.

Add sugar to taste.
