People tell me to stop being so hard on myself.

If someone else doesn’t punish me for what I’ve done, I should punish myself.

I find it very hard to forgive other people.

Even when I feel happy I seem to be in the habit of quickly finding something to be unhappy about.

I have a strong sense of “right” and “wrong.”

I feel as though I’m always doing something wrong.
