This morning she had problems to stand-up from bed, since she could not coordinately move the left arm and leg. Her eyelids could not open properly, she felt confused and could not clearly talk. She has no history of drugs or alcohol abuse, but she smokes since long time, and she has also taken anti-contraceptive drugs for many years.
