Coarse pink Himalayan sea salt

1/2 cup Salty Grapefruit Marmalade

Squeeze of lime juice

1/2 cup gin or vodkaIce

Pour a shallow layer of water into a small plate. Pour salt onto a small plate. Dip rim of two highball glasses into water, then into salt. Set glass aside to dry.
In a shaker, stir together marmalade and lime juice. Add gin or vodka and a pinch of salt. Fill shaker with ice and shake vigorously 20 seconds or until the outside of the shaker becomes frosty. Strain the cocktail into prepared glasses. Serves: 2
