Recipe: Cilantro-Mint Chutney
1 1/2 cups packed fresh cilantro leaves
1/2 cup packed fresh mint leaves
1 or 2 Thai or other hot green chiles, seeded if you like, to taste, or red chile flakes to taste
1 (1-inch) piece fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
1/2 red onion, quartered
2 cloves garlic, peeled
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon salt, or more to taste
