Cormorant, Minnesota, has elected their mayor: Duke, the 9-year-old Great Pyrenees.

This is his third term, and the internet is absolutely loving it.

His owner, Karen Nelson, has said the dog does great things for the community.

And doesn't he look so handsome?

Duke is just what that city needs. He brings the community together, and honestly, who isn't impressed by a canine mayor?
