7 Cool PowerPoint Hacks to Create PPTs like a Presentation Design Company – Part 1

Do presentations scare the hell out of you? Do you get panic attacks when asked to prepare a presentation? Well, fret not! The right PowerPoint Presentation design might be a tough nut to crack, but it’s not rocket science for sure! There are many organisations that provide presentation design services to ease the load of an important PPt off your back! But until you go and outsource this work to a presentation design company, here’s help. Just go through these simple hacks to make your presentations truly impactful.
7 Hacks to Design PowerPoint Presentations like a Pro
1. Be a Smooth Navigator
Just practice a few navigation commands, and save yourself from fumbling in front of the audience.
F5 – Begin the slideshow
N – Move to the Next slide
P – Move to the Previous slide
Slide Number + Enter – Move to any slide by pressing the slide number and hitting Enter.
Knowing these simple shortcuts will help you navigate with great ease and also avoid any distractions for your audience.
2. Learn to Zoom In and Out
Want to bring the attention of your audience to a particular point in your slide? Rather than asking them to strain their eyes, simply use this handy zoom feature that allows you to zoom in on any point in your slide. Here’s how:
Click on the magnifying glass icon in Presenter View at the bottom of the display. Then click on that part of the slide which you want to enlarge. When you’re done, just click on the magnifying glass again to zoom out. It’s that simple.
3. Image Alignment
It’s a pain trying to align your images manually. We’ve all been there, done that. But do you know you can easily align your images in a few seconds using a cool built-in feature? Here’s how to go about it:
 Click on the image or object you want to align.
 Hold the Shift key, press down and select multiple images/objects.
 Click on Align in the top toolbar.
 Choose the alignment you want to apply.
And you’re done!
Presentation design services are usually needed for key corporate presentations and sales pitches. However, practicing these features and shortcuts will help you become a PPT pro for most kinds of internal work presentations, and it will certainly earn you the reputation of a good speaker and presenter in your workplace.
