Dermotologists hate him because he is over 400 years old. He uses death magic, so he kills people. (Ok. No empathy if you didn't know if DEATH magic kills people.) He wants to die to make up for all the deaths he caused. He's really not a bad guy, spite of all the horrible things he did. If you can ignore the fact that he's an emperor, you have a perfect Fairy Tail boyfriend!
