We can often get discouraged because we are just seeing things from our own perspective. With anxiety to contend with, it's easy to see ourselves with a distorted lens. It's helpful to picture how a friend would view you and what they would say. Think of your best friend or a good friend and imagine what they would say about you. List 3-4 things, those things will most likely be super positive and reassuring. Picture your friend reciting a keynote speech about you or writing what they think in a really nice greeting card. Remember these words whenever you feel yourself beginning to doubt your path.
