It started innocently enough...just a simple 'Hi'.

The office building across the street at 200 Hudson decided to respond..

Things began cordially enough; a Ghostbusters symbol, some cute phrases...

But things eventually got more intense..

It turns out both the office at 75 Varick, and the offices at 200 Hudson are full of creatives...

That's A LOT of post-its.

Eventually even the Post It company got into it, supplying free Post-Its to both sides.

Good to remain impartial.

Not even Spiderman could stop the madness!

Havas Worldwide felt they had no other option. They had to end it. The bloodshed was to great. It needed to end. With this EPIC MIC DROP.

Not satisfied with the image alone, workers stayed late with pizza and beer to make this animation. GAME. OVER.
