Hi everyone. This is quiz that will test your Well being the more 'physical category'. Eating, exercise, sleep etc will all be taken into consideration. So....How are you feeling about this so far?

It is very important to not forget your daily routine to keep yourself in shape and in good health - and you’ve achieved that! You spend an adequate amount of time exercising and you’re happy about what you’ve achieved from that. Not only are you fit, but you also eat the correct foods and maintain a healthy diet leading to good physical well-being!

You are healthy and you are fit enough for you to be proud of yourself. And remember to do exactly that. Be proud! Remember to keep that smile on your face and continue what you are doing! If you don’t eat healthy ALL the time, remember that its okay. Its alright to eat Mcdonals once awhile. Its okay to have a soda on occasion. Just don’t over do it :D Build positive relationships with your loved ones and stay happy!

According to your results, your doing good so far. You may not be the body builder, or the football player, but you certainly are healthy.
You may be into a certain sport already, and if you are thats great and you should continue with it and work hard to build skills and hobbies.
But if you aren’t, then it would probably be a good idea to start! You may not be a sporty person and prefer academics. That’s fine! But you may want to start doing something to keep you fit.
Running, Swimming are great examples. But if you are not going to do sports, try something like hiking with friends or family.

Well, your not THAT healthy at the moment. Perhaps you could make a couple of changes in your life to improve this. Perhaps its time to add a change in your life. Don't rush anything, take baby steps towards being fit. You could start with eating less than you usually do.
Cut down your junk food intake but do it slowly. Remember to keep exercising. Don’t go too hard on yourself. If you enjoy a specific sport or type of exercise (running, swimming etc.) It would be a great idea to make time for that in you're weekly (and later on daily) routine. Join a club or team and start regularly going there. Not only improving health, skills, sport but social skills too.

According to your results you consume way too much eat junk food, Eat more than you need, Don't burn off the calories later on and that may effect you're happiness and well being. Perhaps its time to add change in your life.
You could start with eating less than you usually do. Switch from soda to water and continuously drink water all day.
