Make sure you start to move to your next lesson about 5-10 mins before it starts-I know it seems ridiculous but that way it ensures that you will be on time and you will miss the stair rush!

You won't get your lockers until a few weeks in (when everything is organised) so you need to make sure that you bring only the books you need with you for that day-your backpack can get VERY heavy when carrying it up and down the stairs all day long!

Make sure in your pencil case you have: 2-5 pens,2-5 pencils, glue, scissors, rubbers and one of those pens that you can rub out with-they are VERY useful!

If in your planner is your timetable...BRING IT! You cannot last a lesson without your timetable. It shows what room the lesson is, what time it starts and ends and what the lesson is. You can even add decoration to it to make it more clearer and interesting like this girl did!

Even though it is dreadful try and get it done on the first night that it was handed in. That way you won't have to be worrying if you have done it or not.
