Bún Bò Huế

This dish is as fun to eat as it is to say. Bún Bò Huế is a salt/sweet/sour soup containing rice vermicelli noodles, beef, vegetables and delicious broth. Bánh Mì Hòa Mã is like a Vietnamese take on a Full English. Served in a hot skillet this breakfast dish consists of meat (often pork) with fried eggs, fresh crispy bread and pickled vegetables.
