Ralph Ineson: The Office, Harry Potter and Game of Thrones

He appeared as a ravager pilot (he's over on the right, behind all the blue creatures) alongside Karen Gillan in the 2014 blockbuster.

Ineson played ferocious Dagmer Cleftjaw in the HBO series, helping Theon Greyjoy capture Winterfell in the second season.

He starred as Amycus Carrow in the final instalment, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - part 2. The villain and his sister are Snape's henchmen and mostly skulk around looking suitably murderous (on the right at the back).

It's no Hollywood blockbuster but his brief cameo as a butt-kissing therapist made for one of the funniest episodes of the entire series.

Remember this 2006 comedy-drama series about an ex-con trying to keep his decorating business afloat? That was also Ineson.

It may have been nearly fifteen years ago now, but Ineson's role as the sexist and aggressive bully Chris Finch in Ricky Gervais' groundbreaking comedy made his name - and is still his best remembered role to this day
