Baby Moyo was abandoned by her herd, for reasons we cannot fathom. When she was rescued, she was surrounded by a pack of hungry hyenas.

But that's the sad part of the story over with right away - the rest is adorable! Moyo was rescued and brought to the "Wild Is Life" Sanctuary - she even got a new Mom! Roxy Danckwerts, the head of the Sanctuary:

Moyo is now fourteen months old and won't leave her new Mom alone! She also forgets just how big she's gotten...

She's also not super good at following rules....

Danckwerts says that Moyo seems to know where she is all the time, which can be a bit... troublesome...
