Libero Rutilo is a designer, an advocate for the environment, and a 3-D printer extraordinaire.

His goal was to come up with a way to reuse plastic water bottles without making something cheesy. This was the result.

The “Knitted Vases” project was born.

Each vase is designed to allow for a water bottle to be screwed into the top. It's genius.
