Donna Chang (real last name Changstein) is a character on Seinfeld whom Jerry dated in "The Chinese Woman"; she is the titular character. Jerry met her on the phone, when her phone line was crossed with George's, and got a date with her. Jerry was excited because he always wanted to date a Chinese woman. Expecting his first case of interracial dating, Jerry then meets Donna, who is not Chinese, but actually shortened her last name, Changstein, to Chang while taking on Chinese stereotypes, such as displaying interest in acupuncture or on one occasion pronouncing a word with a Chinese accent. Donna Chang was portrayed by Angela Dohrmann.

Jane was Jerry Seinfeld’s girlfriend for a short time and appears in “The Stall”, where she is played by Jami Gertz. Jane has a distinctive and impossible-to-forget voice, works in paper goods and moonlights as a phone sex worker. Elaine Benes knows Jane as the woman who refused to lend her any toilet paper when her stall ran out at a movie theater restroom. Cosmo Kramer knows Jane as ‘Erica’, a phone sex worker whom he has been recently calling.
After a talk with Kramer, Jerry accuses Jane of being ‘Erica’ at Monk's Cafe, but she denies it. Elaine figures out Jane is the one who refused her request for extra toilet paper at the movie theater and gets even with her by stealing all the rolls out of the bathroom at Monk's before she can use it. Infuriated, Jane breaks up with Jerry and confirms his suspicion that she is also ‘Erica’ when she, in her Erica voice, tells Kramer to stop calling her.

Sophie is one of Jerry Seinfeld’s girlfriends. She appeared only once, in “The Burning” She Had Gonorrhea. Lisa Ambuehl portrayed her.

Melissa is a woman whom Jerry dates in "The Apology". She is comfortable being naked in Jerry's apartment in nonsexual contexts; Jerry likes this at first, but eventually he becomes uncomfortable with it. Jerry later starts to walk around his apartment naked as well and this ultimately leads to their breakup. (Melissa could not stop picturing him naked; she called it "bad naked".) Melissa was portrayed by Kathleen McClellan.

Tia Van Camp is one of Jerry Seinfeld’s girlfriends, played by Jennifer Campbell.
The two met on an airplane in the episode "The Airport ", when they were seated next to each other after Jerry was upgraded to first class due to a flight cancellation. She is a fashion model, who appears in various advertisement in popular magazines, which she shows to Jerry.
In "The Pick " she dumps Jerry after she sees him picking his nose while stopped at a traffic light.

Gail Cunningham is a chef, a girlfriend of Jerry Seinfeld. She once dated (and was snubbed by) Cosmo Kramer. She took extreme exception to it, but Jerry told her that once Kramer leaves the building, Kramer is out of his jurisdiction. Anita Barone played Gail Cunningham.

Nina (played by Catherine Keener) is the girlfriend of Jerry Seinfeld in Season Three’s “The Letter”. She is an artist and uses Kramer as a subject for her painting. Jerry mentions to George, "She's got like a jealousy thing. I mean, she doesn't like me having fun with anyone but her." She and Jerry break up after an argument about an incident involving Elaine at a Yankee game, after which she sends Jerry a poetic letter that caused Jerry to get back with her again. Later, Jerry finds out that the letter was taken from a Neil Simon play. Jerry tries to confront her later on in the episode, and breaks up with her again.

Jodi is a woman whom Jerry dates in "The Masseuse"; she is the aforementioned masseuse. Jerry has a good relationship with her: they have great sex (as he mentions) but for some reason she refuses to give him a massage, which is what he really wants. Jodi ends up giving Kramer a massage, which infuriates Jerry. Jodi and Jerry go on a double date with George and Karen and Jodi immediately is put off by George's behavior at dinner and ultimately tells Jerry that she doesn't like him. As a result of this, George becomes obsessed with her and forms feelings for her, he even leaves Karen to see her which leads to her hating him (which he is used to). Jerry and Jodi break up when Jerry forcibly tries to make her give him a massage. Jodi was portrayed by Jennifer Coolidge.
