While healthy eating stays steady during February, this is the month most American's quit exercising. A recent nationwide study by a major gym chain suggests most people quit going to the gym by February 18. This was based on an analysis of gym memberships and check-ins for nearly 3 million Americans.

April's healthy eating statistics fall down just a tad to February numbers. Four months in, and still going strong!
May
Did you guess May? This is the month 59% of Americans forego healthy eating. It's a sharp dive compared to the number of people who are watching what they eat in January, February, March and April.
It is National Hamburger Month, however. Maybe burgers are too tempting? (HINT: Try them without the bun.)
October
We have no idea why, but we see a spike in October. It's the highest rate of healthy eating from May to December.
