Haunted Knoxville Ghost Tours
If you are looking for a scare, visit Haunted Knoxville Ghost Tours. It is America’s leading historical, investigation based ghost tour. Pick your poison with four different tour options around Knoxville. Tours are available Monday through Saturday, starting at 8 p.m. Tickets are $40 each.
Boo! at the Zoo
BOO! at the Zoo 2015 celebrates 12 nights of Halloween fun on Oct. 8-11, Oct. 15-18, Oct. 22-25 from 5:30 - 8:00 p.m. Embrace your inner-child with costumes, animals, carnival games and treats at The Knoxville Zoo. Fall Foliage in the Smoky Mountains
The Smoky Mountains attracts thousands of visitors in October as the leaves change colors. The annual show of fall colors occurs during the last three weeks of October. The Great Smoky Mountain National Park has several suggested autumn drives and hikes to enjoy fall leaf colors all around the park. The best part is that it is completely free! So, grab a couple of friends and take a quick road trip up to the mountains.
The Corn Maze and Pumpkin Patch at Oakes Farm
Located just 12 miles north of Knoxville, Oakes Farm is a great way to get into the Autumn spirit. Spend time navigating a corn maze, picking pumpkins to carve and hitching hayrides. General Admission is $8.95 and add a pumpkin of your choice for $5. Oakes Farm is open Thursday through Sunday in October.
Knoxville Brewer's Jam
The 19th Annual Knoxville Brewers' Jam is on Saturday, Oct. 17 at the World’s Fair Park in Knoxville, TN. Come celebrate handmade American craft beer, music and food. For $45, you receive a souvenir tasting glass, responsible sampling from all craft breweries, the Brewers’ Jam Guidebook and live performances. Minors are welcome as well, with a $15 admission that gives a fun, but responsible experience.
