Beautiful look in honor of one of the best decades eva!!!

To start my look I used Maybelline's Face Studio Finishing spray before applying any makeup to keep foundation and concealer from caking up. Next I used Maybelline's Fit Me Matte and Poreless Foundation with my beauty blender. Moving on I applied my concealer from ELF under my eyes, my base of my nose, t-zone and chin.

I then set my concealer with my ELF HD Setting Powder. Onto my eyes, I primed my eyes with ELF's Primer/Concealer and blended with my beauty blender. Next I took a nude toned shade from my Stila palette and covered my lids. Next came a warm brown from my Too Faced Chocolate Bon Bon's palette. After came Matte Kramer from The Bakn in my crease. Lastly I added a medium blue from Makeup Revolutions Mermaid's Forever palette in the crease and blended.

To finish I mixed two shades together that medium blue and a dark black from my Stila palette and patted onto lids. Liner came next, I applied Liner on my top lash line creating my wings and then on my bottom lash line and smudged this out. Added Mascara and a Rose lip at the end!!!!!!
