Movement Meditation
Movement Meditation
Based on how you react to the annoying situations we described, we believe movement meditation could be a perfect meditation style for you to try out! While most assume this means yoga and yoga only, movement meditation applies to any movement - as long as you use mindfulness and a slow pace. The most important thing is to use that movement to bring your mind to the present.
Focused Meditation
Focused Meditation
Based on how you react to the annoying situations we described, we believe focused meditation could be a perfect meditation style for you to try out! This form of meditation is fairly simple, because we use the object of our breath to focus attention. Similarly, we can focus on an object, sound, or sensation rather than completely trying to clear our minds without a specific focal point (sometimes the hardest part of meditation).
Mindfulness Meditation
