You love welcoming new community members, introducing them to new content and opportunities, and looking for chances to help people get started. Whether you're interacting with a colleague or friend, you always find ways to weave the CLASS Community into the conversation and show people how they can take advantage of this powerful tool! 

You're a Cheerleader! As a cheerleader, you believe that a healthy community is an active one. You see your role as two-fold: 1) You are a model community member. This means you contribute to discussions, and may even develop community content or host events from time to time; 2) You rally other community members. This means you encourage your community network to get more engaged and take advantage of all the opportunities available to them. As a cheerleader, you are critical to the well-being of the CLASS Community! 

You're a Firefighter! This means that you are all about putting out "fires" quickly and efficiently. You are likely to use the online community to notice members' issues and take action. Whether a member of the CLASS community doesn't know how to find their reliability expiration date or needs help preparing for their certification test--you are there to swoop in and save the day! You are probably less interested in getting involved in a debate between Regard and Behavior Management ... but there's always CLASS training for that if you want to step up your domain knowledge game! 

You're likely a browser. Some may call you a lurker. Don't worry, typically 85% of community members are. And you play a critical role in holding everything together. You plan to remain anonymous, but you'll still consume and validate other member's content. You may take an idea back to your school to share with colleagues.
