You may love sports, but how about looking like a famous sports star?

In 2006, Allen Heckard sued Michael Jordan and Nike founder Phil Knight for $832 million. He claimed that the constant people coming up to him and commenting on his similarity with the star has caused him immense emotional distress. He was going to represent himself, but later dropped the case.

Okay, so you're not a big hugger and you're not the greatest with kids. Combine the two and you get this lady:

Jennifer Connell sued her nephew for $127,000 for a hug that had gone wrong. During his 8th birthday party, he leapt into her arms and broke her wrist.

“I was at a party recently, and it was difficult to hold my hors d’oeuvre plate.”

The judge didn't buy it and rejected the case.

You were never a dog person and don't like your solitude disrupted. So a super loud dog that never seems to shut up can make you go off the rail.

It did for one neighbor, Woodrow Thompson, who claimed the dog next door, Cawper, barked as loud as 128 decibels through double pane windows. The dog's owner didn't take the $500,000 lawsuit seriously and ignored it, causing Thompson to win the case by default.

When Gabi Mann made a habit of feeding crows, her neighbors were less than enthusiastic. The large number of crows were always cawing and leaving their droppings everywhere, which attracted rats. Two neighbors decided to sue the girl's parents for $200,000 in damage caused by the birds. A trial date has yet to be set.

Rhawn Joseph, founder of the 'Journal of Cosmology,' found a mysterious rock in one of Mars Curiosity Rover's pictures and thought it to be a mushroom-like fungus. He filed a lawsuit against NASA, claiming that it was their scientific duty to examine things more closely. "We have looked at it with our microscope. It is clearly a rock," concluded Nasa.
