Training session for Royal Mail couriers (1981)
Carrying a cut-out of a pillar box in order to demonstrate what you should not carry on a motorcycle, at a training session for Royal Mail couriers at Battersea Park, London, 23rd March 1981. The Royal Mail launched a new 'Expresspost' motorcycle courier service the following month and Sheene joined riding instructors and safety experts at the session.
Three famous faces at Brands Hatch (1978)
At Brands Hatch, where he was driving a Formula One racecar for the first time, 25th April 1978. Also present at the track were keen racing fan George Harrison (1943 - 2001, centre) of the Beatles, and advisor John Surtees (right), who successfully made the transition from motorcycle racing to Formula One.
