Seven weird products you probably didn't know Harley-Davidson made

Yes, you heard me right. Neck ties. Harley Davidson produced a whole range of ties throughout the late 90's/early 2000's. Suprisingly, the product was pulled after only a short period of time.

This product was released by Harley Davidson back in the 80's. The product was made and produced by Scooter Juice Inc. but featured the trademark Harley Davidson symbol. Harley Davidson cut its ties to the product very quickly, possibly after realising that the bikers who ride Harley Davidson's were far more likely to be beer drinkers than fine wine sympathisers!

Is there anything that Harley Davidson didn't try their hand at? These cigarettes came in 3 different strengths; Full flavour, Lights, and Milds (pictured). Again these were sold at from the start of the 80's, right up until 1996, when they were discontinued amid fears surrounding the companies image.

Here we have a beautiful and stylish (strongly debatable!) Harley Davidson lampshade. The motorcycle company made various different versions of the lampshades, including a range of bedside lamps and night-lights.

Keen to shake off their "bad biker" image, this was another of the novelty products that Harley Davidson produced. The key feature of this telephone was that "the horn sounds and the headlights flash when a call comes in". Hardly a key feature, but whatever floats their boat!

This represents Harley Davidson's one and only venture into the food market. It actually sold surprisingly well, so well in fact that Harley Davidson dealerships began selling it alongside their motorbikes!

And last but by no means least... the Harley Davidson table and chair collection! The collection ranges from small bar stools, all the way up to full diner booths, and like most of the other Harley Davidson products, this promises to never let you forget exactly where you bought it from!
