Yes

Yes

You should definitely give Crossfit a go. You're built for it. and it will only build on the work you've already been doing. Whether it's your only fitness activity or supplemental to another sport, Crossfit can help you achieve your goals. Remember to take it one day at a time, eat before a work out (seriously), and wear proper attire. It might look scary but it'll probably be at least six months before you're flipping tires.

No

No

Crossfire probably isn't for you and that's totally cool. You might not enjoy an intense mode of exercise or working out in a gym or attending classes; all of these are valid reasons not to drink the cool aid. It's worth knowing that Crossfit is a franchise, not a way of life, so you may very well be able to find a gym that will work around your specific set of needs.

Maybe

It's worth a shot! Crossfit is tough but you're probably tougher so don't let public perception discourage you. You can do it. You may try and find that you don't like it, which is fair enough. It always looks worse than it is though, so I'm sure you'll rock it!
